the use heavy equipment and specialized machinery.
Warehouse - Utilized for storage purposes.
Office space may comprise a small portion of the
facility.
Self-Storage - Buildings designed primarily
for storage divided into smaller units and usually
rented out.
Hospitality - Includes hotels, motels as well
as Bed & Breakfasts. This class also includes mobile
home parks.
Restaurants - Unique properties designed for
food service. May be stand-alone or located in a
shopping center.
Health Care - Including assisted living and
nursing home facilities.
Automotive - Encompasses a wide range of
property types including auto repair, lubrication
shops, parts, new & used car sales, tire/muffler
stores and gas stations.
Special Purpose properties - Includes unique
properties with specialized equipment or operations
such as funeral homes, marinas and dry cleaners. |
